1. About Us

curatedandcobkk.com (the “Site”) is operated by Chokudom Intertrade Co., Ltd. (“Curated & Co.,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a company registered in Thailand, operating its store at 622 Sukhumvit Road, 1st Floor, Unit 2, The Emporium, Khlong Tan, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110, Thailand. The Site is operated as an extension of the store: orders placed online are received, processed, and fulfilled by the same sales and customer service team that staffs the store, under the same policies. 2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Exchange Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Thai law to place an order. If you are under the age required for full contractual capacity, you may only use the Site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Products, Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of 7% VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Product photos are as accurate as we can make them, but colour and texture may vary slightly from screen to screen.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and to cancel and fully refund any order affected by such an error before it ships.
  • Stock is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed; in rare cases of an inventory discrepancy, we will contact you with alternatives or a cancellation and refund of that item.

5. Brand Names and Trademarks

Berwick 1707, Carmina Shoemaker, Paraboot, Resolute Denim, Boot Black, and all related logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Curated & Co. is an authorised retailer/distributor of these brands in Thailand as described on our Site; references to “Berwick by Curated & Co.” (rather than any “Official” or Thailand-branded designation) reflect the naming terms set by that brand’s parent company. Nothing on this Site should be read as a claim of ownership over these third-party marks.

6. Orders and Payment

  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.
  • Website orders are currently processed through wire transferring option only. We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable stock, in which case any payment already taken will be refunded.

7. Shipping, Exchanges & Returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Exchanges, defect claims, and our no-refund/exchange-only policy are governed by our Exchange Policy — please review both before ordering.

8. Account Registration

If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to interfere with the Site’s security or functionality; scrape or copy content without permission; or submit false, fraudulent, or abusive information.

10. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a product review, photo, or other content to us, you grant Curated & Co. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content in connection with marketing the Site and our products, and you confirm the content is your own and doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Curated & Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any right you hold under the Civil and Commercial Code, the Consumer Protection Act, or the Unfair Contract Terms Act that cannot be excluded by agreement.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase is subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts, including, where applicable, the Consumer Case Procedure Court. We encourage that you contact us at curated.emp@chokudomintertrade.com in the first instance, so that we may attempt to resolve the matter directly with you.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
