This Privacy Policy explains how Chokudom Intertrade Co., Ltd., trading as Curated & Co. (“we,” “us,” “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal data when you visit curatedandcobkk.com or shop with us in-store, in accordance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”). We are the Data Controller for the personal data described in this Policy.

2. Personal Data We Collect
- Identity & contact data: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address
- Order data: items purchased, order history, size/preference selections
- Payment data: website orders are currently processed via bank/wire transfer only; we do not store your full card or bank account numbers
- Account data: login credentials, wishlist, saved addresses, if you create an account
- Technical & usage data: IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, and similar data collected via cookies and tracking pixels (see Section 5)
- Marketing preference data: your consent status and communication preferences
- Customer service data: messages, photos (e.g. of a defect), and records of your correspondence with us

4. Who We Share Your Data With
We share personal data only as needed, with:
- Shipping carriers (Thailand Post) to deliver your order
- Payment processors to complete your transaction
- Our website/e-commerce platform provider and technical development/maintenance service providers, acting as our data processors
- Advertising and analytics platforms — Meta, Google, TikTok, and LINE — where you have consented to marketing/analytics cookies
- Secure, reputable business and AI-assisted software tools we use to help operate our business, analyse data, and respond to inquiries
- Government authorities, where required by law
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, Google Tag (GA4/Ads), TikTok Pixel, and LINE Tag, to run the Site, remember your preferences, measure performance, and show you relevant ads. On your first visit, our cookie consent banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies (analytics and advertising); essential cookies required to operate the Site (e.g. shopping cart) do not require consent.
Some of these providers (Meta, Google, TikTok, LINE) process data outside Thailand — see Section 6.
6. International Data Transfers
Where your personal data is transferred outside Thailand (for example, to Meta, Google, or TikTok’s servers), we rely on the destination having an adequate level of data protection as recognised under PDPA, or on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, or on your explicit consent to the transfer, as required by the PDPA.
7. Data Retention
We retain order and transaction data for 7 years after your last transaction, in line with Thailand’s Accounting Act record-retention requirements. We retain account data for as long as your account is active, plus 2 years of inactivity, and marketing consent data until you withdraw consent. We delete or anonymize data once it is no longer needed for the purpose collected, subject to legal retention requirements.
8. Your Rights
Under the PDPA, you have the right to:
- Access and obtain a copy of your personal data;
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Request erasure or anonymisation of your data, in certain circumstances;
- Object to or restrict certain processing;
- Request data portability;
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal;
- Lodge a complaint with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) if you believe we have not complied with the PDPA.

9. Data Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including access controls, encryption in transit, and restricted staff access — to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps proportionate to the risk.
10. Children’s Data
Our Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors without the consent required by Thai law. If you believe a minor has provided us data without appropriate consent, please contact us so we can address it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
