About the Role

Most video roles are about making things look good. This one is about making things move, consistently, systematically, and at scale.

We’re looking for a Brand Video Content Designer who thinks in systems, not just shots. Someone who can take a single shoot day and turn it into a full week of content across three distinct fashion brands, each with its own voice, audience, and visual identity.

This is an end-to-end production role. You plan, shoot, edit, optimise, and publish. You write the captions, mind the algorithm, build the asset library, and use AI to stay fast without cutting corners on quality. You’re not waiting to be briefed on every clip. You’re the one who knows what needs to go out, when, and why.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

Ideation and content planning

  • Develop and pitch video content ideas, angles, and narrative structures suited to each platform and brand
  • Build and maintain a weekly content calendar aligned to the publishing rhythm across all three brands
  • Monitor social media trends actively and bring platform-relevant concepts into the content mix

Shooting and editing

  • Film and edit short-form videos independently, including managing lighting, audio, and on-set logistics
  • Run batch shoot sessions designed to yield multiple deliverables from a single production day
  • Manage the full shoot-to-publish pipeline without requiring hand-holding at each stage

Platform optimisation

  • Edit and format each piece for platform-specific performance: pacing, hooks, aspect ratios, caption placement, and subtitle timing
  • Adapt a single piece of content into multiple platform-ready versions from the same source footage
  • Stay current with each platform’s algorithm behaviour and adjust format decisions accordingly

Graphic design and visual support

  • Create basic graphic materials to support video content, including thumbnails, text overlays, and supporting visuals for carousels and Stories
  • Retouch and prepare images for use across IG and website contexts as needed

Brand consistency and copywriting

  • Produce content that reflects the distinct mood, tone, and visual identity of each brand: Selektiv, Curated & Co., and Berwick by Curated & Co.
  • Write captions, on-screen text, and social copy that support the content and fit each brand’s voice
  • Maintain brand coherence across all three properties without flattening them into a single aesthetic

AI integration and workflow efficiency

  • Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, CapCut AI, and equivalents) to accelerate ideation, scripting, rough cuts, subtitle generation, and content versioning
  • The expectation is not to use AI everywhere. It is to use it where it genuinely reduces time and sharpens output
  • Identify and adopt new tools that make the workflow faster without compromising quality

Asset management and operations

  • Build and maintain a best-in-class library of digital video assets ready for deployment across IG Stories, carousels, and campaigns
  • Tag, organise, and archive all footage, edits, and templates systematically so the team can retrieve and reuse without the usual hunt
  • Submit analytics screenshots within 48 hours of each post for performance tracking to redeem and apply to the incentive programme provided
  • Maintain a consistent weekly publishing rhythm across all three brands

Short-Form Output and Brand Allocation

The minimum monthly output for short-form content is 20 clips, distributed across the three brands as follows. This is the floor, not the ceiling.

Clips 15 onward: incentive eligible

From clip 15 onward within the month, each piece that clears the performance threshold becomes eligible for the incentive programme. There is no cap on how many clips can qualify.

How Success Is Measured

Output targets build over the first three months as systems are established. From month four onward, the expectation is full capacity.

Compensation

The total package sits between ฿25,000+ and ฿35,000+ per month, made up of base salary, allowances, and a performance incentive. Where you land within that range depends on your portfolio, demonstrated experience, and how the interview goes.

Performance Incentive

Two things trigger the incentive. Hit 20 qualifying clips in a month and a ฿3,000 completion bonus is added to your salary. From clip 15 onward, every additional clip that clears the performance threshold earns ฿500, with no monthly cap. The ceiling is your output.

A clip qualifies when it hits at least one of the following within its first 48 hours of organic reach, before any paid promotion is applied:

One creative equals one incentive item, regardless of how many platforms it is published on. Clips removed or boosted before the 48-hour window closes are not eligible.

What We’re Looking For

We care far more about what you’ve made and how it performed than how many years you’ve been making things. Your portfolio is your CV.

You should bring:

  • Native Thai, with intermediate to professional English
  • Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent professional editing software
  • Working knowledge of AI and automation tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, CapCut AI) to accelerate your workflow, not decorate it
  • A track record of short-form content that rides algorithm trends and earns genuine engagement
  • A systems mindset: you think in formats, templates, and batch production, not one-offs
  • Strong understanding of how TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube actually behave
  • Basic graphic design skills for thumbnails, text overlays, and supporting visuals
  • Solid copywriting instincts for captions, on-screen text, and social copy
  • Experience running your own shoot-to-publish pipeline end to end

Useful extras, not dealbreakers:

  • Experience producing content across multiple brands from shared assets
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite beyond Premiere Pro
  • Long-form editorial or documentary-style video experience

Your Portfolio Should Show

Proof of performance, not just pretty edits.

  • Links to live short-form content on TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts, with visible metrics (views, saves, shares)
  • At least one piece that significantly outperformed your average. Tell us why you think it worked.
  • Examples of content adapted across different contexts from the same footage or concept (a bonus, not a requirement)
  • Any long-form work, if applicable

Screenshots of analytics dashboards are welcome and encouraged. We’re looking for someone who pays attention to what the numbers say.
